FULL-AUTOMATIC MOSAIC PRESS WITH 6 STATION – PM500 PM500

The PM500 station has two types, the difference is in the two types of product harvesting, the first type has a hinged mechanism and the second type has a sliding mechanism Product extraction from mold is fully automatic this device is vibration and press. Product extraction from mold  is fully automatic. For single-layer terrazzo .doser, which is additional device.is not used. It is only possible to connect additional devices of Color doser device and paint spreader to the machine, which can be ordered these  additional devices.

The difference between this device and the PM 650 device is as follows:

This device is designed in such a way that it has the ability to support different sizes of molds. Installable molds:

• 20 x 20 four in each station
• 30 x 30, two in each station
• 60 x 30, one in each station
• 40 x 40, one in each station
• 60 x 40, one in each station
• 50 x 50, one per stationThe control panel of this device is set and installed

on the device in two ways: fully automatic (PLC) and manual system (MANUAL) for emergency use.

Specifications of consumable parts of the terrazzo production line PM500 6-station.

• The steel material of the sheets used in the ST37 machine and the parts exposed to corrosion are made of hardened CK45 sheet.
•  The shaft jacks of the device are made of Italian hard chrome steel
• The system is designed and built in such a way that it is suitable for working in the environment and working conditions in different geographical locations and is fully compatible with different working conditions.
• The piston tubes of the jacks are made of Turkish or Italian tubes
• The control valves of the device are of the Italian type
• Hydraulic hoses are of German or Italian type
• All the pumps used in the device are of Iranian type (due to the ease of after-sales service and provision of spare parts)
• All electric motors used in the device are from Chinese brands (can be changed based on customer order)
• The vibration motors are from OLI Italy
• All sensors are from Hanyoung or Autonics brands
• Electric panel and panel supplies from LS Korea
• The control and industrial automation system of the device by PLC from the Korean brand FATEK or DELTA (can be change to SIEMENS based on customer order)
